Target for Today is a World War II documentary film by the First Motion Picture Unit which contains B-17 Flying Fortress and B-24 Liberator combat footage. The footage was filmed during Eighth Air Force October raids on the Nazi Germany industrial targets in Anklam, Marienburg (October 9)[2] and Gdynia in occupied Poland. The documentary also includes footage of planning, briefing, and preparation prior to the three air raids. General Hap Arnold called the series of attacks the greatest strike ever.[citation needed]
