J. Carrol Naish plays a mad descendent of the original Dr. Frankenstein who, with his mute assistant (played by Lon Chaney Jr.), takes to murdering young women for experimentation in hopes to revive his great ancestor\'s creation. Things start to heat up when Dracula (Zandor Vorkov) arrives and promises to revive Frankenstein\'s monster in return for a serum that will grant him immortality.
